Day 12: Don't Let Go
When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.” John 6:12 (NIV)
How many times have we worried about not being able to provide or have enough and we go off on our own and worry? We read verses in John 6 of Jesus feeding the five thousand and think, “this can't be, it's impossible.” Why are we so ready to not believe God's power; why are we so ready not to trust in God?
God has told us many times in the Scriptures that we can put all our trust in Him. He will provide in any situation. Jesus says "I am here, do not be afraid." It is time to make that commitment to hold on to God's hand and don't let go. God will not let go of us. Trust in Him.

Prayer Focus: For the Men's ministry at Centenary
Present Day
Today's Bible verse image is of the Sea of Galilee. Below are present day pictures of the area that is believed to be where Jesus fed the 5000. Currently a Catholic Church is located there called The Church of the Multiplication in Tabgha, Israel. The floor contains a mosaic of two fish & a basket of bread.
