Wednesday Night Bible Study: Fall 2018
September 5, 2018 - October 24, 2018
Our Wednesday night classes offer many opportunities for adults to grow in their knowledge of the Bible, their closeness with God, and their connection to our church family. The conversational format of these classes encourages us to examine other points of view as we all study the Bible together. Our classes meet in seasonal sessions of 4-12 weeks each.
Wednesday evenings @ 6pm

DQ&AG: Difficult Questions & Answers about Grace
A Galatians Bible Study with Brian Ralston
Why is living an authentic life of freedom in Jesus so difficult sometimes? Why do we have to struggle with so many questions that don’t seem to have easy answers? Many times, it’s because living in the freedom that the grace of God provides for Christians can be tough. We actually need to think, pray, choose, and seek the Lord’s guidance, when living by a religious checklist would be easier. The book of Galatians is all about this tension, and how we can discover how “easy” living in freedom and grace can actually be!
with David Collins
The Epic of Eden continues with the Old Testament book of Ruth, Dr. Sandra Richter’s newest Bible study. In this study you will examine life and loss, love and loyalty, unlikely heroes and unexpected redemption. Dr. Richter has provided a teaching video for each lesson that is filled with cultural background and will take you into the lives of Naomi, her daughter-in-law, Ruth, and Boaz, the kinsman redeemer. This story demonstrates hope and grace, even for us today.
